Looking for cheap yet reliable PSU

YuriDSC

I'm upgrading my system and since molex to 6pin is big no-no in our community I'm having hard time choosing my new PSU.Suggestions are welcomed, but in general I'm going for around 40$ tops PSUs

MB Asrock H81M-HDS/H81/ s.1150 using the onboard lan and sound card and 500gb HDD
Ram:1x4gb 1x2gb (I might go for single 8gb,but first I'm going for the PSU and GPU
CPU i3 4160

And now the new parts :

For GPU I'm going with the al'mighty  GIGABYTE GeForce GTX 950 WindForce 2X OC 2GB GDDR5

The choices I came down to are

Inter-Tech Argus APS-620W, 620W, PFC Activ And Segotep SG-500AE, 500W, ATX 2.31, PFC Activ

Thank you for your time

Never heard of either of them and i wouldn't touch them.

EVGA 500B is a good budget PSU.

not really - B series are based on the FSP raider platform so it's quite crappy

XFX TS 550W is worlds better

Correction - the gold TS 650W is 39$
https://pcpartpicker.com/part/xfx-power-supply-p1650gts3x

That's a S12G rebrand - several times better than ANYTHING else in that price range

Sadly I have limited choices since not every product is present in my country and amazon shipment raises the cost (or its not available)

The cheapest here are those 2 and Fortron and the one Hydra mentioned so I was looking for more of a tip on specs not that much on names since every PSU (even the cheapest) comes with 3-5 year warranty here

Other options are

Corsair VS series,450W, Active PFC, 120mm Seasonic SSR-430ST,430W, 80+ Bronze, 12cm  Zalman ZM500-LE, 500W, 120mm

all of them are cheaper than  EVGA 500W 100-W1-0500-KR (that is 50$ here)

Warranty doesn't do much if the PSU is killing the GPU with unstable voltage (FSP raider...) - give me a list of the ones available.
