Need Advice for Watercooling loop

Ok and, if i want to use a 90 degree fitting to join 2 tubes together, how do I do so, do i need a fitting with 2 compressions fittings ?

You wouldn't really join two tubes together with an adapter usually but use an angled adapter and single compression fitting. There are some fittings that do have both ends as female G1/4 thread for installing fittings or adapters on both ends.

Yes that is a hardline 90 fitting that can be used instead of bending, but if your wanting to have all straight hardline tubes with fittings like that throughout the loop you are looking in the region of 400USD just for fittings alone.
