I keep getting "user interface not supported"

Ophidio

Or some message like that when I try to launch certain applications on my pc. I am using Windows 10 and it has just randomly started. I restarted my pc, I've uninstalled programs and reinstalled them. It comes up everytime I try to run the programs or applications though. I am currently running a scan right now on my pc to see if there's something in the OS that's broken other than it being Windows 10, but are there any other possibilities of what it could be? It's really making me mad because I can't even launch steam.

Find the installer executable and right click it -> Properties -> Compatibility tab -> Tick "Run the program in compatibility mode for:" -> Pick "Windows 7" from the drop-down menu -> Apply, exit and run the installer again.

Try running the recovery tool and repair Windows 10.

Shouldn't have to do that, mate. Something else is broken and doing that isn't the best remedy even if it works.
