Cisco 7940 Wont upgrade to SIP

Its saying Configuring IP and the DHCP server (tfptp32) is sending it a ip

 

Anyone got a suggestion why its not working?

I have gotten to the point where it starts to transfer but then it says TFTP timeout after it says TFTP SIP00137ffda3df.cnf
