IGN390 applies to all 390s, but the power color includes a rebate and makes it the cheapest available 390.

What's wrong with PowerColor?

multiple bad experiences with them and their customer service sucks

Their PCS+ coolers are great but I haven't really heard good things about their customer service. I might need to rma my 7950 with them soon, so I'll see. Great price on the 390 though, although I'd take the 290x for about $30 more when it's on sale.

Thats a great deal, I just got a gigabyte 390 for 283(plus a 20 dollar rebate im going to send in) and am slowly fighting with it, because my power supply is older I can't hold the overclock I want for long in furmark, and the temps...my god, if I set the fans to run on their fan curve the temps are ok, but my ears are not. My custom curve that keeps it at 60% max makes it thermal throttle at regular speeds too. This XFX looks like it wouldn't have ANY of the problems I'm fighting with haha, really wish I would have gotten this instead of that one right now =P

Sorry to hear that. I prefer my Powercolor 280x to my windforce 280x. Havent dealt with customer service yet though.

For this price, you can buy a kraken g10 and an aio  and put it under water for cheaper than a regular 390 if you don't like powercolor's coolers :P

You know what's easier than buying and building a brand new PC? Petty larceny!
If you're worried about getting caught, here's a trick: Only steal one part at a time. Plenty of people will call the cops because somebody stole their computer -- nobody calls the cops because they're "pretty sure the dirty-bathrobe guy from next door jacked my heat sink."
