Fraken-waterloop?

Hey guys!

So I created a "monster" watercooling build, with some rigs from ThermalTake.. which was a terrible idea, but I did it anyway.

I was wondering if it could be a fun project to kinda show off all my stupidity in this build, and how I all ghetto rigged it.

I wanna push out also that, I DID NOT USE ANY WATERCOOLING PARTS BESIDES THE 2 THERMALTAKE AIO's.

I just wanna hear if its even worth me taking some photos of it and such..

Sincerely, Jake!

Ok, I'll take some nice photo's soon, HOWEVER my GPU is currently in MSI RMA, so I'm going to be taking photos without it. I'll try to put a card in as a replacement*

I'll show off even more pictures when my GPU gets back.

PLEASE REMEMBER THAT THERE ARE NO WATERCOOLING PARTS ACCEPT THE TWO THERMALTAKE WATER 3.0 PREFORMANCE AND INSANE

Just do it,  I'd be interested in it.

Yes it is!

Here is the top of the loop, with my res

Here is the loop, I'm holding the GPU waterblock where it would be, sadly MSI GPU RMA is taking forever.

Here is the way I sealed my res, which is a bottle with two hardware style copper fittings put into it, sealed with silicon gasket maker

Thanks man, the tubing is so small cause the rad and pumps only have 1/4th inch ID tubing. It works really well accept for my stupid mistake, which fried my GPU

but MSI IS SENDING ME AN 390X FOR MY 280X IM SO HAPPY

Just a side note if you plan to keep it for the long term and not just for benchmarking or testing make sure you have a compatible fluid in that loop since the rad thermaltake uses is aluminum and you have a copper blocks it will cause galvanic corrosion on your blocks without the proper fluid.

Lmao indeed!

The fluid already has 25% corrosion inhibitor, I'm not stupid lol.

And actually the thermaltake blocks are copper which are 25nm plated with aluminum, So it should be fine even with my new SHARPIE DYE fluid.

What GeForce is 700 bucks..

Why are you referring to it as GeForce? .

The only GPU I can think of that is $600-$700 is the 980Ti.
