Asus Gene VI recover BIOS

So whenever my PC starts up it sometimes restarts and then maybe does it again then Asus logo shows up AFTER that it says press f1 to recover bios. Im not sure whats happening but once i enter bios i can just exit and go to WIndows and everything is perfect....Until i need to switch off psu then turn on pc another time
