Good ROMs for GS6/GS6 Edge

KaminKevCrew

I have an S6 Edge that I recently rooted. I'd like to install some custom ROMs, but I'm not really having any luck finding a good one. Is there a version of CyanogenMod that would be compatible? I would love to use CyanogenMod, but I can't find any info about a version that would definitely work on my phone. (I would prefer a more AOSP look as opposed to TouchWiz...)

I have an s6 and I was thinking about flashing CM on it. Is there any really good benefits from doing it?

If there was a CM12 for GS6, I would totally run it. From what I've found, nobody has ported it, as of yet... Looks like I'll be running the Alliance Framework over something...

If anyone wants to know, I got the alliance framework running over xtrestock and I get around 30 hours of battery life. I unplugged my phone around ten this morning (it's 8:15 now) and I'm at 67 percent battery.

That's how mine was before I installed all this. It gets rid of all the bloat from Samsung, and makes the battery last all day, period.

Yup, exactly that. I followed all the instructions, up to installing the framework (I didn't install the thing that let's me put the Samsung stuff on it, because I didn't care about those apps.)

Just be aware, you will *probably * void your warranty.

Yeah, I have found that the battery life is well worth losing knox. Besides, most cell carriers will still take the phone back if you have the insurance, or whatever it is.
