Windows Activation not working?

Dobbsjr

I recently upgraded my OS from Windows 7 Home Premium to Windows 7 Ultimate. When I tried to activate windows I entered the product key and it doesn't work

I retyped about like 10 times and nothing seems to work. What can I do?

Are you sure you didn't mistake the Zeros and the O ? Or the L and the i ? 8 with B ... etc.. ?

Does it just flat out say the key is not valid or does it give you an option to call microsoft? If it does give you take option, do it.

Is it an upgrade key, an OEM key or retail key? Is this on a fresh install or from an existing version of windows? Which disk/iso did you use?
