Black/Bluescreen after crash/after GPU driver install Win7&10

Hello Techsupport,

created this account just now, hope this is the right thread and I hope I didn't forgot anything.

Yesterday I did a clean Windows 10 Pro USB-Installation and everything was fine. I successfully installed all the necessary drivers (realtek, network, GPU, etc.). Then I wanted to test it and started CS:GO. After some minutes my monitor blackscreened with red vertical lines.

My specs, GPU-Z and 1 bluescreen http://imgur.com/a/72Ovs
Run with a XFX TS Series 650W PSU 80+ Gold http://xfxforce.com/en-us/products/ts-series-full-wired/ts-series-650w-psu-80-gold-p1-650g-ts3x
BIOS: The lastest on the gigabyte downloadsite http://www.gigabyte.de/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4979#bios The F7 2015.04.22

The GPU I use http://www.techpowerup.com/gpudb/b568/msi-hd-7870-oc.html

More info and things I've tried to fix:

* Using my GPU for at least 3 years
* I overclocked my GPU with afterburner (from 1219mV -> 1238mV, 1050 MHz -> 1160 MHz GPU Clock, 1200 MHz Memory Clock -> 1400)
* Benchmarks (Firestrike and Heaven Bench Extreme) were stable and my gpu never went above 80°C
* 1 of my GPU fans does not work for quiet a while now (over 1 year at least) so temperatures were already at under 80°C at load pre-OC
* GPU did not run hot while I crashed playing CS:GO

* After a hard reset (power button for some seconds) my PC started in a normal black screen (no cursor, no text and no red vertical lines)
* safe mode was alright and I uninstalled afterburner, CCC and the GPU driver (clean with DDU and CCleaner afterwards)
* restart without problem, normal mode was functioning

But: As soon as win10 automatically treid to install the drivers I blackscreened again. So I disabled the automatic hardware driver downloads in safe mode and cleaned the installed GPU driver again. Loaded the compatible Windows 10 64 Bit GPU driver from AMD's website. This one http://support.amd.com/de-de/download/desktop?os=Windows+10+-+64

Now during the installation process, again I blackscreened.

When I tried to install the drivers and I blackscreened, I've always heard a sound right before the blackscreen it was like a normal windows sound (plim-plum)

Pissed of as I was I installed Windows 7 again (clean, formating the SSD Win10 was installed on). All was good at start, and I was able to install the Windows 7 64 Bit GPU driver and CCC. But only just to the point I needed to restart. After the restart I saw the Windows login screen and my display artifacted for some seconds and then the bluescreen (the one in the imgur album).
Again safemode was good, wiped the drivers, restart and everything is fine again.

I've read some where, that I should let the AMD installer unpack the files and let the device manager install the drivers. Tried it, but I blackscreened halfway in.

More info:

* GPU is working, the fans spin and (without drivers) I can use my PC
* nothing smells burned and all the cable fit
* the one functioning GPU fan is also spinning

I don't know if I forgot something that you might need to know, but I will provide it asap, just tell me. Also I would be very happy if someone could provide a source for old AMD drivers, since I just couldn't find one that didn't look fishy.

If you din't understand something I wrote please tell me for english is not my primary language.

thanks in advance guys.

UPDATE: Switched PCIe slot, still the same problem. Can I be certain that its only the GPU? If I buy a new one it should be alright, right?
