A10-7850K vs Intel G3258

So im building my first low to mid gaming pc.

i have to choose between two pathways.

amd or intel

they both cost the same

so heres the list

AMD

amd a10 7850k

asrock extreme fm2a88x extreme 4

videocard will be my next upgrade after a month or two

i have a spare 500gb lying aroung

kingston hyper x fury 1x8gb ddr3 1866mhz ram

enermax tomahwk 2 500watts

tecware infinity usb 3.0 case

 

INTEL

intel g3258

gigabyte ga g1 sniper b5

zotac gt730 gb ddr5

kingston hyper x fury 1x4gb ddr3 cl10

same  500gb spare

same enermax tomahwk 2 power supply

same tecware infinity case

 

 

which way would you rather go ?

comment and suggestions will be much appreciated

a 730 will plainly not game at 1080p, at all. That's a low-medium setting 720p card, and only just.

 

Honestly, if you're not going to upgrade for about a year, you're better off getting the a10, it will game better than relying on a 730 to push graphics.

Or, you could pickup an i3, and not get a graphics card at all. Use the iGPU and just make due till you can save up enough. It won't be the best gaming time, but if you're going to be upgrading within 4-6 months, then it will probably be worth it.

The 730 is cringe worthy, what is your budget so I can fix the intel build a bit

A10 is better than Pentium+that GPU but the Pentium has more upgrade options!
