Best 4k monitor IPS panel monitor 27inch+

I'm Looking to buy a monitor 27 inch + 

4k monitor

IPS panel

60hz or 120hz (if its not too expensive)

G-sync (if possible, if not is fine)

5ms at most

 

Please give some recommendation. Thank you

Asus PG27AQ is 4K GSync with an IPS panel and 60hz refresh rate.

4K 120Hz doesn't exist yet.

Dell P2715Q is a good 27" 4K IPS monitor without G-SYNC. The ASUS PG27AQ is a 4K IPS G-SYNC one, though not yet released and no doubt significantly more expensive.
