Need help with this old ass Workstation

So a while back my dad brought back an HP workstation xw8000

It's really fucking old here are it's specs;

Intel Xeon 2.80 GHz Quad core virtual processors ~ Physical Dual core, Virtual quad core

2 GB ECC Ram

Nvidia Quadro FX 200

And the motherboard I have no fucking clue of

I booted up windows 7 on it and now I'm wondering if there is anything I can use to benchmark this and see if it's still usable for my own use. (its better than my shitty laptop although it's old)

if you need any more info just tell me and I'll try and get it if I can

the usual line of stuff.

PC Mark is good for general stuff.

Furmark for gpu

Prime 95 for stability testing.

Furmark and Prime 95 are stress testers rather than benchmarks. Especially furmark is more of a "core burner".

Id say he would just want to see how well his equipment runs rather than trying to stress the parts as much as he can :P

I'm kinda of the class that would like to know any problems with the computer before i start using it for something. That's just me though.
