Okay,so ive been researching for ages now (this is my first build) and I finally got a setup Im happy with, however, the PCpartspicker says the RAM may not be compatible with the CPU recommended voltage, can anyone help me out? also, If i buy this on pcpartspicker will they build it for me?

No, PCPartPicker does not build your computer for you - you have to do that yourself. The RAM will work on your system fine - Intel CPUs support higher voltages than 1.5.

Get a z97 motherboard

Try different ram that the motherboard recommends.

This memory module may run at a reduced clock rate to meet the 1.5V voltage recommendation, or may require running at a voltage greater than the Intel recommended maximum. 

All this means is that your RAM will either run on a reduced clock rate (i.e. 2000 - 2399 MHz) or it will run at 2400 MHz on this voltage, but your CPU might experience a shorter life cycle. And no, PCPartPicker will not build it for you.

I'd recommend a Z97 MoBo.

No, you have to buy it yourself from different vendors then build it yourself when they ship the parts to your house..  But, Some of these parts are so not needed if you are just gaming.  What exactly do you wanna do with this rig?

Yeah im just gaming atm, but i intend to use this PC for school and such
