GTX 970 MSI 100ME ON 450W?

GUYS I HAVE 450W PSU , IS IT ENOUGH FOR MSI GTX 970 100ME GRAPHICS CARD? MSI SITE SAYING RECOMMENCED IS 400W , I HAVE FX4300,2HDD,1 DVD DRIVE, 3X120MM REEGULAR FAN. I WILL GET NEW PSU NEXT MONTH , AND I CAN UNPLUG DVD DRIVE FOR 1 MONTH , SO WILL IT WORK ? I WONT OVERCLOCK ANY COMPONENTS. IS IT RISKY ? MY PSU IS CORSAIR VS450W. PLEASE HELP ME OUT GUYS

No, you need the proper connectors which I don't think will work with anything BUT a 500w PSU (If you read the box it says minimum 500w)

only MSI Gaming one need 500W they saying , 100ME saying only 400W requirenment

Huh, thats the first 970 I've ever heard to use a 400W requirement, I guess you should be good then, the fans if I remember plug into the mobo, I would get a 500W PSU at least and the Optical Drive, I've never had one so, not sure. The PSU you have is not modular so if your missing any cables your going to need a different PSU

VS450W should be enough
