need help completing my build

can you guys help me complete this build, I don't want to go over 800$ but still want a good gaming computer. Also want a good PSU(maybe 700w-750w?) so I can upgrade my computer in the future,

I live in canada so want the shipping to cost to much either

also, can you tell me if the hyper 212 evo would fit in this case? if so, don't need to add a cooler to the mix (not planning to overclock)

Please please tell us your location and what you're going to do with the build.

And also please don't go with the Kingston V300. They did a switcheroo and it's now terrible.

Sig under construction.

I wouldn't bother trying to fit the 212 in that case, it will, but with quite a few risks.

before i make any recommendations, i need the following:

  • do you need a keyboard, operating system, mouse, and monitor included in the budget?
  • wifi or ethernet?
  • overclocking the cpu and gpu?
  • when do you plan on upgrading?

thanks
