Hey don_svetlio,
The S.M.A.R.T. status looks fine. It is normal for drives that have energy-saving features to have higher load/unload cycle counts.
I'd recommend using WD Data Lifeguard Diagnostic just to be on the safe side and to have more accurate results: http://products.wdc.com/support/kb.ashx?id=ymsazf
