Link doesn't work.

If the psu is bad, upgrade that first.

Also, a R9 380 performs better than a 960 for cheaper

Does it have a pcie x16?

Does your power supply have a 6+2 pin connector?

then yes, it should no problem

edit: you haven't bought the psu yet, so yes it should, but that is overkill for that system, you could get away with a 500-650w no problem

The OP's original PSU probably doesn't have a 6+2 pin and even if it did, I wouldn't trust it. Pre-built PSUs are usually some sketchy cheap brand, barely good enough to power the parts they're paired with.

Just looked up that machine and unfortunately, I don't think you can upgrade to those components.

It looks like a small form factor PC and as such, it has a special integrated small form factor PSU that can only be replaced with another of the same type. It doesn't use a standard ATX PSU.

That being said, it only has a 220w PSU and the only GPU that might work is a GTX 750, and even that is questionable.

What you could do is transplant your motherboard, CPU, ram etc. into a larger standard mATX or ATX tower chassis and that way you'd be able to use any PSU or GPU you want. ;)

There is really no need for a 750w psu.  Use the money, and find a 500w semi-modular/modular psu for around the same price.
