If you add another stick in the other channel it will work in dual channel, yes. But be careful if you choose a different type of ram for the second stick, sometimes there can be compatibility issues with mixed memory.

any amount you can get currently

 

dual channel are flexible nowdays

different chips/brand/voltage/size doesn't matter

 

when you put 2 stick it will activate dual channel.

What if they have the same serials like the one i posted. Will it work well? Im scared that it will not run dual channel and spent good money on it. Haha

I've got 4 different brands of DDR2 RAM in my current desktop, each with different timings and 1 at a higher frequency and I've got no problems. That being said, its always best to match sticks of the same brand and frequency.
