overclocking my cpu

Can i overclock my I5 3350p with my Asus H61 motherboard

Im trying to increase performance for play dolphin netplay because without dual core speed up i only get around 40fps
netplay does not allow you to play with dual core speedup

I'd highly doubt you'd get that much of a performance boost :P
