Weird Ram Speed in CPU-Z

I have 2 8GB Sticks of 1866MHz RAM but in CPU-Z, It says that it's clocked at 933Mhz even though I have set DRAM to XMP and in the BIOS and it says 1866MHz in the BIOS. I also realize that 933 x 2 is 1866 but I just want to make sure

Here is a screen

Because DDR3 is dual data rate the speed of your memory shows up as half its actual speed. Your memory is actually running at 1866Mhz.
