Pretty good build, but you shouldn't have any problems with that build since it has a 980, but I recommend at least a 600W+ PSU so you don't have any power problems

a cm evo 212 should be good enough of a cooler, as @puddingthecat123 said, get a better psu, (more wattage)

Thanks for the suggestion, but I really wanted a cpu cooler that can really lower down the temperature of the cpu at load (w/o overclocking). But appreciate it though and hope that's understandable.

nah, ain't worth it at this current state since i'm not playing games at 4k obviously due to high price and straining performance on gpus . so yea. hope that's understandable. and again thanks for the suggestion.
