Recommend laptop for 700$

Hello!

 

I want to help my friend. he wanted a laptop for around 700$, he is travelling a lot and he doesn't need a huge screen,

but he really likes to game, he doesn't like touch screens and i can even install windows if necessary.

would be good if light weight too, but not necessary either. hard drive 500GB to 1TB.

sorry i am not good at laptops.

 

please recommend a good laptop for that price.
