Need advice on an AIO

So I am running a 4790K @ 4.5GHz @ 1.23V (minimum voltage to be stable) and it usually stayed under 90*C under IBT and upper 70's on AIDA64, but now with my new ram at 2400MHz, it's jumped an easy 10*C.  I am using a Dark Rock Pro 3 inside of an Air 540 with SP fans for intake and exhaust (140's in the roof).  I am considering an H110I GT.  Thoughts?

I have a few laying around but the Dark Rock Pro 3 is already a much better cooler and cannot keep up.

 

 

NZXT Kraken x61 or Cooler Master Nepton 240m

 

I need a 280MM AIO not 240MM.  Thoughts on the 280L?

I need a 280MM AIO not 240MM.  Thoughts on the 280L?

 

The NZXT Kraken x61 is 280mm. Corsair H110i GT is also 280mm.
