I think i am going with the Enemrax , but i have been curious to how the Arctic Freezer i11 performs , it is pretty cheap but i would think better than the CM Hyper Evo....

 

Aside from Corsair fans,  What would be considered one of the better 120mm LED case fan? for Intake.

My experiences with Cooler master have not been that good. That is just their coolers and one PSU.  Their Hyper 212 is fine for 30 dollars. For very mild overclocking with 3 different Chipsets/platforms(what i had) the Enermax one looks to be similar in design but surely it does not yield higher temps than the Cooler master hyper 212

Straight no chaser here we go:

This will make those heat sinks look like garbage.. Which they are. CM Hyper 212 is notorious for having amazing performance at that price. Mine beat out an H80i with two fans. H80i is a watercooler. I actually returned it because my 212 was better.

for led fans cougar makes really good ones. better than corsair i think. 3  pin fans though.
