Help with 350-360 pound budget build - i3 vs 860k vs g3258

Hey guys i was just wondering if you could give me some advise on these build ideas. This is my first build so I dont know a huge amount. With the x4 860k and g3258 I could get a r9 270 but if i went for i3-4150 I would have to get an r7 260x. The pc would be used for fairly light gaming (Fifa 15 and Payday2) and I would to max out these games at 720p and (hopefully) at 1080p. However it also needs to run 5-10 tabs at once and be used for emails, office and social media. Any tips or build suggestions would be great.

Here are the builds:

i3: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/dyD3nQ

860k: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/KKMZCJ

g3258: http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/p/bXtgyc

The card for the g3258 is on amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/VTX3D-270-X-Edition-DisplayPort-Accelerator/dp/B00HEUL2ZG%3FSubscriptionId%3DAKIAI62SSPLIHX7AR6PA%26tag%3Dgpuboss-21%26linkCode%3Dxm2%26camp%3D2025%26creative%3D165953%26creativeASIN%3DB00HEUL2ZG

I would get an i3, save a little more for some time, and get something like a GTX 960. :)

You can use the iGPU on the i3 for basic tasks, you know..

i am under 18 and dont get money so saving up more isnt possible. I am building a computer as a sort of project for myself and my family (to replace a rubbish 2006 mac) and have been given a fairly strict budget
