Question about connecting CM AIO cooler

Hello, Looking for help when connecting CM Seidon 120V all in one liquid cooler.So thing is,
I will connect fan to 4 pin CPU connector but, I dont know where to connect pump connector.
I dont want to connect it to 3 pin becose I use ASUS Al suite for controling fans, and all 3 pins in there are considered case fans, and since I keep it on silense optimised, I dont want it to undervoltage my pump.

I would connect the pump to the 3 pin and set in AI suite that header to work at 12V DC since it is only 3 pins it won't really make a difference going on a 3 pin or 4 pin header. You can also connect the fan to a 3 pin header on the motherboard. 

 

What motherboard do you have, all current ASUS boards have 4 pins that are all PWM controllable.
