Can i overclock my 970 with cx 500w corsair?

how much oc?

every card is different.

play with clock speeds and voltages until you find a safe clockspeed with safe voltages and good temps, like a puzzle m8

Depends on the brand of GTX 970 and model.

 

My g1 gaming can reach around +150Mhz core +400-500mhz mem with 112% power limit +0mV on the core.

Yes unless you are running a heavily overclocked cpu, or anything with a high tpd (like my FX9370).

 

Don't think im gonna oc it much 

PC: Corsair C70 Arctic, FX 9370, Corsair H80i, Gigabyte 990fxa-ud3, Corsair Vengence 16gb, Palit JetStream GTX 970, OCZ Vertex 4 128gb and Western Digital Blue 1Tb + 500gb, Antec Gamer 520w

You might be able to get around +100Mhz core, not sure for mem on it, I'd say start at around +50Mhz and add 10 to it after running stress tests and such for a little bit, and then if it passes, add 10 more and so on. (Shouldn't get any artifacts in the stress test, card shouldn't get too hot, if it does, dial back the oc or increase the fan speed)
