Video edit / Codecs trouble?

raendeu

Hello.

The problem is pretty simple. The video is recorded very well, plays back very well - but when put up into editor - this happens:

Any ideas?

(2K 60fps x264)

Vegas, K-Lite full + x264 + Windows Media to play, Vegas to edit. Screenshot is from vegas.

What difference does it make what am I playing it with, since it Pre-Renders as on screenshot and because of that - the render effect after that is the same as in Vegas?

think I might know the problem

your video is level 5..I doubt vegas supports anything above level 4..since level 4 is blueray quality..

the 60fps might be a problem for vegas as well

change to using obs as your game capture

and then try it again

OBS lags extremly bad.

For some reason just running the application ruins my framerate by half.

Edit:

L5 is a must for 1440p 60fps. And that's what I am trying to achieve. Are there any codecs that could help with that, or settings that I have missed?
