GTA V saving files to wrong drive

I have GTA V on my C: Drive but my Rockstar folder is on my F: Drive, I tried moving the folder to my documents folder on my C: drive but it created a new documents folder in my F: drive and has started writing it there.

 

Edit: So it turns out Windows messed up and didn't actually change the location of my documents drive and merely created a second one in the library. Microsoft pls.

Is there an options thing in the launcher?

Otherwise you can set things up in this program to move them, but they'll still be referenced to the original location. Don't be thrown off by it saying "steam mover", it should work for whatever you want it as long as you set it up right.
