im still new to pc building and so i want to get familiar with parts, do you guys know any good methods for that? other than watching hours of internet videos about each part

im looking to play most pc shooters and h1z1 etc at 1080p at 60 fps.. id like to game with three monitors for a wider fov.. get me?

Sure.  What is your budget and what country do you live in?  Also, do you need peripherals included in your budget (keyboard, mouse, monitors) and an OS?

If you can add around and extra $100, you can get an i7 4790k. But the Xeon will do just fine if you're not overclocking.
