HELLO?! Limited access, anybody?

"Ensure connection to internet",or "Steam cannot update without internet"

 

I'm having trouble doing any thing like,steam updating,or even error 4 on spotify,but i can connect to google and skype.I am very confused of how to fix this or even have a correct diagnostic on the situation.I have read a couple things that I might have "limited access" or something to do with my "ISP" (internet service provider) If anybody could help me,much appreciated! (will update and tell if i get a a solution)

try resetting you wireless driver by dissabling it and the re enabling it under device manager.

click start and type cmd in the search bar

 

hit enter

 

in the command line

 

type 

 

ipconfig/release

 

then ipconfig/flushdns

 

then ipconfig/renew

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
