Best way to set this up to make it work with my amp

IWearVNecks

You'd need a line audio output on your amp, which it doesn't seem to have.

if your amp doesn't have a dedicated sub out you'll need a X-over of some kind. you can get them pretty cheap on ebay

x-over link, The amp is part sub I just want to add this but use with the volume with the amp I got it work with just RCA to Monaural but couldn't control the volume because it wasn't an output but a line through from the PC to the amp.

An amp without an audio output? What is the purpose of it then?

It depends on your setup honestly, it's really hard to tell from the picture. Is the sub active? As Skeletonfish said you're probably gonna need a x-over which can be had for ridiculously cheap these days. To put it in perspective Behringer has a decent unit. Not amazing but you don't seem to be exactly running a hi-fi setup anyways.

that's an odd looking box you got there. looks like its going to need a X-over

you could try to just put a signal into to see if it has a built in X-over

It works if I put a Single to RCA and plug it into the http://imagehost.vendio.com/preview/pl/plegend2001/female.JPG but I can't control the volume from the amp I need to change it from windows it self since its not being outputted from the amp it self if that makes sense.

unfortunately you cant really work around that, you need an output on the amp. so to do what you want you will have to run it through some form of preamp to control the volume
