ASUS RMA experience

I bought tons of ASUS products and I have only had to send one back which was a laptop. I never had any issues when dealing with them, shipping was slow but I can't complain since the repair and shipping were free.

CPU: Intel i7 - 5820k @ 4.5GHz, Cooler: Corsair H80i, Motherboard: MSI X99S Gaming 7, RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 32GB DDR4 2666MHz CL16,

RMA'ing a motherboard is a pain, they told me straight up, I need to contact the re-seller, (OCUK) and that the RMA will take up to 30 days.

Asus RMA experience from seeing it first hand; terrible. 14 days there was a bit of a miracle to be honest.

A lot of the bad reviews you see about companies could also be corporate sabotage

Wouldn't surprise me especially some of the reviews out their.

I hope I get the same luck.  I have to RMA an mitx board (H81I-Plus).

 

At least it says here they have an RMA place in Ontario (Canada).  I thought I'd have to send it to the US.
