recently got the nzxt source 530 i need to know if the EVGA 500W has long enough cables

You should be fine

I can't guarantee the complete use of cable management holes, but I can guarantee usability is fine. (It will work, but you MAY have some trouble cable managing.

Any suggestion on a PSU with longer cables, i can spend a few more dollars so in the 60$ and below range( also can only buy from amazon have a huge gift card)

I have this case and a Corsair RM750 absolutely no issues with any cable lengths, it's a little out your price range, the CX500 is cheaper though and specifically lists that it has long cables to fit even full tower cases.
