Well if you are fine with a refresh rate of 60Hz then you will be fine. I know someone with that monitor and it is very good for gaming.

I have worked with one of those monitors before at work and after less than a year it started to get vertical lines and had some major discoloring issues.

Yes would be the answer. As someone pointed out, as long as you are happy with the 60hz refresh rate.

 

Nice colours, and I think they looks cool aswell. So much so I have three of them :)
