Posted February 28, 2015 Hi, I am trying to find a good aftermarket heatsink that is compatible with the LGA 1150 socket. Thanks to anyone that replys in advance. I know about the CM 212 Evo; but want to know if thats really a good option, or if i should get a better one. If you have an idea for a better heatsink(Both performance and price) that fits in a 500R, i would love to hear it. Posted March 1, 2015 Do you have any sort of budget? Like others have said the Coolermaster Hyper 212 EVO is a great cooler for cheap but if you want to spend more for a quieter and cooler experience the Noctua NH-D14 or the Be Quiet Dark Rock 3 are great coolers for about $70-100 depending on where you live and what deals you can get. Posted March 1, 2015 We need budget first. There are so many options in different price ranges that saying 212 is not enough, need better is not enough information. ^^^^ That's my post ^^^^ <-- This is me --- That's your scrollbar --> vvvv Who's there? vvvv
