Best way to sell USB Dual Pre-amp and Eurorack MX 602A

My friend was clearing out some old stuff and found a USB Dual Pre-amp and a Behringer Eurorack MX 602A line mixer. She was just going to throw them away so I offered to take them. As you can see the pre-amp alone sells for over £70, and I am unable to find a price on the line mixer. I have no power supply for either of them so I have no idea if they work but they are both in very good condition. I was wondering if anyone knows how I should go about selling them or if anyone wants them.
