What are the best noise cancelling headphones i can get for AUS $300?

What are the best noise cancelling headphones i can get for $300? Australian dollars.

I would prefer something with a emphasis on bass but not overpowering.

For headphone, if noise cancelling is your priority, then QC25.

 

But personally, I'd just go with IEM as they seal as well as a noise cancelling headphone (almost)

Bose QuietComfort (QC25) is regarded as having one of the best NC. Unfortunately the sound quality is at 'meh' level. Closed backs usually got quite good isolation already, and whatever left of the sound leakage will be drowned by the music anyway.
