Probably the crucial m500. I just bought one. It's pretty much a slightly slower mx100 but the 240gb is 90, with a 10 dollar newegg gift card. And since having more space on the ssd increases speed I will just go ahead an assume the 240gb m500 is just as fast as the mx100 128gb

Yes, the MX100 is the better one. The feature I like the most is the fact that it handles well power cuts to reduce the chances data loss.
