Hello! I need you guys to make a amazing gaming build with a Geforce card. And i need it to have Windows 8.1. And my budget is exactly $700. Thanks!!!

A little bit over budget, but trust me it's worth it. If you need the price to go down get a cheap motherboard, and then get a better one later.

There isnt an OS. Or an HDD. It says I already bought it. Which I dont have a hard drive.
