AMD 8150 Crashing on Steam Games

I have had the problem for a while now where my pc crashes while playing steam games, mainly skyrim and csgo, i know that this is a problem due to the architecture and the motherboard, does anyone know how to fix this for me, my motherboard is Asus m5a97 r2.0 with the latest bios installed

EDIT: the crashing is always triggered by sounds playing, such as a grenade or smoke going off in csgo or using magic in skyrim

Check your temps

First Build:

Check your temps

I know that the temperature gets high when it crashes, but i am using the noctua NH-U14 SE2 cooler and it still has problems, i have reinstalled the cooler twice and it has still been crashing after both times.
