Neeed A little bit of guidence

OK so it has been awhile since my last build and the current one im working on i am using the atx-a21 case with a msi 970 gaming motherboard. i tried powering it up and it lights up and shuts off in a split second. i try removing the ram and plugging it in one at a time. still same issue i am not soure if i wired it wrong i followed it step by step but no luck. any help would be much appreciated.

Just check everything is plugged in (especially the cpu 8 pin connector), then just go over every component and make sure it's all seated correctly. 

CPU- 4690k @4.5ghz / 1.3v    Mobo- Asus Maximus VI Gene   RAM- 12GB GSkill Assorted 1600mhz   GPU- ASUS GTX 760 DCUII-OC 

Storage- 1TB 7200rpm WD Blue + Kingston SSDNow 240GB   PSU- Silverstone Strider ST75F-P
