You can build pc that's better for that price but if you do decide to go for that you'll need a GPU for gaming and and 3D graphic designing.

Anyone that can recommend me a already built PC for what I listed please :)

Most pre-built PCs highly elaborate on CPU and RAM, then skimp on the GPU. Better to build one yourself, or get the Dell and add a GPU to it.

Desktop: Intel Core i5 2380P (2400 w/o iGPU), MSI H61, 8GB RAM, 256GB SP610, 500GB WD Blue, HIS R9 280, Antec TruePower Classic 550W, Inwin MANA 134, QNIX QX2710, CM QuickFire Rapid, Logitech G402

Laptop: Toshiba Satellite L40D, AMD A6-6310, 6GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Radeon R4 Graphics, 14" 1366x768

Phone: iPhone 6 Space Gray 64GB, T-Mobile $60/mo 3GB plan

Why would I need a new GPU is it that bad? I'm new to PC building sorry. I don't really know what pieces to buy or which one are the best so that's why it's not my first option.

There is no GPU in the Dell. It just uses the integrated graphics built in to the CPU which isn't that good. It's only meant for basic use like web browsing, productivity and video playback. In most newer games you'll be limited to lowest settings at 720p if not even lower.

Can I buy a GPU and mount it on the motherboard? I need it for image editing, animating, and Java programming, is it really needed?

There are alot of build guides on youtube for various price ranges and pcpartpicker is a great websites to check if the parts you choose are compatible.

Yes you can buy a GPU and just upgrade the Dell with it yourself.

For image editing, animating and programming you'll be fine without a dedicated GPU, but gaming performance will be poor.
