Yes its good enough but not recomended for overclocking and sli modes in the future IF you plan to...If not you are just fine!!!

Yep, it's a pretty decent PSU. It's not on the same level as an EVGA G2 or an XFX XTR but it's not far off.

It's a decent unit, clearly not the best but decent, even though it's only 550w, just don't try to SLI on it and you'll be fine :)

The XFX TS Bronze is a Seasonic S12II/M12II Bronze unit (the lower wattage units). It's a good entry level PSU that would be plenty for a gtx970 setup
