I would suggest purchasing the OS off G2A.com  which will save quite a bit.  Also going with a motherboard that has on-board Wi-Fi might be an option.

If you go down this path maybe either of these will fit your needs.

Not much leeway with a budget like this (especially in Australia).  If you like any of these builds, they will serve you well but if you can save up another $200 you will get a much better rig.
