Overclocked GTX670 vs Stock GTX680

Which one would you say is faster if the 670 is OC to 1228MHz on the core and the memory left at 6GHz.

680 but why buy a 680 or 70 at this time, if thats what you were intending on doing?

I think the 670 could be faster or same performance.

I know that you can overclock at the 670 to be faster than a stock 680 but I'm not sure at what clock speed.
