Windows notifications whitelist?

So you know when a program wants to make a change in windows, there is a popup that asks for approval. I like these. But whenever I boot up my pc, PrecisionX always asks to make changes. Is there a way to whitelist specific programs from this popup? I know I can turn them off, but I still want them on, just not for PrecisionX every single time I boot up.
