Buffing out scratches on iPod Classic

equippedbum

If you have an iPod Classic you know they get fine/baby hair scratches.

I've seen some videos about buffing them out...the results weren't too convincing.

Have you had any experience buffing out scratches on your iPod?

Is it even possible to get it back to a mirror finish?

I'd go at it with some automotive wax.

EDIT: Wash it thoroughly first before you wax!
