Problem with SRS PREMIUM SOUND drivers on Windows 8.1

urexyvca

The following video demonstrates the problem.

Basically, I have to switch the mode to get the "Beats" started, every time start my computer. Looks like driver isn't working well, I tried reinstalling still same problem. Any solutions? It was fine on Windows 7.

That should fix your problem...  and never call them "beats" again...  If you want to be clear you should say, "my computer isn't producing the frequency range that I feel comfortable with by default".

If you already have that driver installed, I would suggest that it is another program changing the setting on startup.

If that isn't the issue, clean install the OS with all the right drivers installed and you'll be golden.

  • 1 month later...

So I did some testing, looks like this happens after I play something on normal Speakers. I mostly use Headphones. But when using my laptop's speakers to listen to something and then plugging my heaphones back to listen something again, I have to switch this option again to get the resualts that should be.
